1. About b.fwd

b.fwd is a guided DIY GTM training program for early-stage B2B tech founders at different stages of traction.

The program helps founders test product assumptions, pressure-check sales and marketing execution, and reach real market signal before scaling sales and marketing.

2. Not a SaaS, agency, or done-for-you service

b.fwd is not a SaaS tool, agency, or done-for-you marketing or sales service.

The founder is responsible for doing the work, speaking to buyers, completing tasks, making decisions, and implementing the outputs.

b.fwd provides structure, training, templates, prompts, guidance, and decision checkpoints. It does not replace founder judgment or real market validation.

3. What is included

Depending on the selected access level or beta format, b.fwd may include:

• weekly GTM tasks
• templates
• AI prompts
• practical guides
• checklists
• workflows
• decision checkpoints
• learning materials
• guidance on how to apply the process
• beta feedback or discovery calls, where applicable

Specific inclusions may vary depending on the beta stage, package, or access format.

4. What is not included

Unless explicitly agreed separately, b.fwd does not include:

• done-for-you execution
• campaign management
• CRM setup or management
• outbound execution
• paid media management
• legal advice
• financial advice
• accounting or tax advice
• fundraising support
• guaranteed business outcomes

Any additional freelance, consultancy, AI + automation support, campaign support, or GTM advisory work must be agreed separately.

5. Beta access

b.fwd is currently in beta, with the first cohort planned to go live at the beginning of July 2026.

Submitting a beta access request does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We review requests to understand the founder’s stage of traction, product context, current GTM assumptions, and what needs to be validated next.

6. No payment at beta request stage

No payment is required to request beta access.

Submitting the beta access form does not create a paid subscription, purchase, or financial commitment.

Because no payment is collected at this stage, no refund policy applies to beta access requests.

7. Future paid access

If paid access is introduced later, pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, refund terms, and any applicable withdrawal rights will be clearly shown before payment.

8. Participant responsibility

Users and beta participants are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information they submit
• how they use the program materials
• how they apply the templates, prompts, and guidance
• the decisions they make for their own business
• speaking to buyers and validating assumptions in the market
• complying with laws, regulations, and contractual obligations relevant to their own business

9. Intellectual property and use of materials

All b.fwd materials, including program structure, templates, prompts, frameworks, guides, checklists, workflows, examples, and learning materials, remain the intellectual property of b.fwd unless stated otherwise.

Users may use the materials only for their own company, product, or project.

Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, sublicense, reproduce, adapt, or turn the materials into a competing product, service, course, template library, advisory offer, or training program.

Users may not share private program or beta materials with people outside their team without written permission from b.fwd.

Any outputs created by users for their own business remain theirs. The underlying b.fwd materials, frameworks, prompts, and program structure remain owned by b.fwd.

10. Confidentiality

Users and beta participants may access private or early-stage materials, product flows, prompts, templates, examples, or program concepts that are not yet public.

Users may not share private beta materials, screenshots, internal documentation, or unpublished product details publicly without written permission from b.fwd.

11. Feedback

Users and beta participants may share feedback, suggestions, comments, or ideas about b.fwd.

b.fwd may use feedback to improve the program, product experience, templates, prompts, workflows, messaging, and delivery format.

We may use anonymized feedback, patterns, and learnings from the beta. We will not publicly use a participant’s name, company name, logo, identifiable testimonial, or case example without permission.

12. No guaranteed outcomes

b.fwd does not guarantee revenue, clients, funding, product-market fit, investment, partnerships, sales results, marketing performance, or any specific business outcome.

Results depend on many factors, including the founder’s execution, product quality, market timing, buyer urgency, pricing, positioning, sales activity, marketing consistency, competitive context, and market conditions.

13. Educational and strategic nature

b.fwd is educational and strategic in nature.

It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, fundraising, HR, or regulated professional advisory services.

Users should consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, or regulatory decisions.

14. AI-assisted materials

Some b.fwd materials may include or support AI-assisted workflows, prompts, or templates.

AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed, edited, and validated by the user before being used in business, legal, financial, commercial, or public-facing contexts.

15. Changes to the program

Because b.fwd is in beta, the program structure, materials, delivery format, included resources, and access model may change over time.

We may update, improve, remove, or replace parts of the program as we learn from users and beta participants.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as b.fwd evolves.
