Beta Access Terms

b.fwd is currently accepting beta access requests for the first program cohort, planned to go live by mid-July 2026.

Submitting the beta access form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We review requests to understand the founder’s stage of traction, product context, current GTM assumptions, and what needs to be validated next.

No payment is required to request beta access.

Submitting the form does not create a paid subscription, purchase, or financial commitment. Because no payment is collected at this stage, no refund policy applies to beta access requests.

If paid access is introduced later, pricing, cancellation terms, refund terms, and any applicable withdrawal rights will be clearly presented before payment.

Beta access and participant expectations

Accepted beta participants may receive free access to the program in exchange for active participation and product feedback.

By joining the beta, accepted participants are expected to:

• use the program seriously, not just browse it
• complete relevant tasks and checkpoints
• participate in discovery or feedback calls when requested
• share honest feedback about what is useful, unclear, missing, or difficult to apply
• help us improve the product experience, materials, prompts, templates, and overall program flow

If participants find the program useful, they may also be asked to provide a short testimonial, case example, or social share. Any public share should reflect their honest experience. b.fwd does not require false, exaggerated, or positive-only endorsements.

Work in progress

The beta version of b.fwd is a work in progress. Program structure, templates, prompts, guidance, delivery format, and included materials may be updated as we learn from beta users.

Participation in the beta does not guarantee that every feature, template, prompt, or workflow will remain unchanged in the final version of the program.

Intellectual property and use of materials

All b.fwd materials, including program structure, templates, prompts, frameworks, guides, checklists, workflows, examples, and learning materials, are the intellectual property of b.fwd unless stated otherwise.

Beta participants may use these materials only for their own company, product, or project.

They may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, sublicense, reproduce, adapt, or turn the materials into a competing product, service, course, template library, advisory offer, or training program.

Participants may not share private beta materials with people outside their team without written permission from b.fwd.

Any outputs created by the participant for their own business remain theirs. The underlying b.fwd materials, frameworks, prompts, and program structure remain owned by b.fwd.

Confidentiality and feedback

Beta participants may see early-stage materials, product flows, prompts, templates, examples, or program concepts that are not yet public.

Participants should not share private beta materials, screenshots, internal documentation, or unpublished product details publicly without written permission from b.fwd.

Feedback shared by beta participants may be used by b.fwd to improve the program, product experience, templates, prompts, messaging, and delivery format.

b.fwd may use anonymized feedback, patterns, and learnings from the beta to improve the program. We will not publicly use a participant’s name, company name, logo, or identifiable testimonial without permission.
